After announcing the Galaxy M30, Samsung has launched a new Galaxy A series in India. Series A consists of three models, namely the Galaxy A10, Galaxy A30, and Galaxy A50. This Galaxy Trio is Samsung's mainstay in the mid-range class.
With Series A, Samsung wants to provide a superior experience, especially on three main factors, namely appearance, camera, and performance. Here are the specifications of the Galaxy A10, Galaxy A30, and Galaxy A50.
1. Latest Model Screen
Samsung Galaxy A50 and Galaxy A30 get an Infinity-U HD + screen with a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED panel and already use fingerprint sensor technology on the screen. While for the Samsung Galaxy A10 gets a 6.2-inch HD + Infinity-V screen.
2. Using a typical processor made by Samsung
The Galaxy A50 is powered by the Exynos 9610 processor chipset while the A30 is powered by the Exynos 7904 processor chipset. The Galaxy A10 uses the Exynos 7885 processor chipset.
3. Large Ram and Memory Storage
The Galaxy A50 comes with 4GB and 6GB of RAM. The Galaxy A30 uses RAM with a capacity of 4GB, while the Galaxy A10 only gets 2GB of RAM.
The Galaxy A50 gets a 64GB internal storage variant. The Galaxy A30 only gets the same 64GB internal storage as the Galaxy A50 while the A10 only gets 32GB of storage. All cell phones get support for storage that can be expanded up to 512GB using MicroSD.
4. Top quality cameras
The Galaxy A50 gets three cameras with a 25-megapixel main sensor with an f / 1.7 + aperture + 5-megapixel depth sensors and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens. The Galaxy A30 uses a dual rear camera, 16-megapixel wide and 5-megapixel wide lens. The Galaxy A10 uses a camera with a 13-megapixel rear resolution with an F1.9 aperture.
The front camera of the Galaxy A50 gets a 25-megapixel sensor, but with an F2.0 aperture. The Galaxy A30 gets a 16-megapixel selfie camera while the Galaxy A10 gets a 5-megapixel selfie camera.
5. Batteries with fast charging technology
The Galaxy A50 and A30 have a 4000mAh battery while the A10 gets a 3400mAh battery. A50 and A30 come with support for fast charging 15W.
6. User interface and security features
All phones run using the new user interface made by Samsung, the OneUI and already using the latest Android system, 9 Pie.
The Galaxy A50 gets a fingerprint sensor on the screen and face unlock. The Galaxy A30 gets a fingerprint sensor installed behind and face unlock. Galaxy A10 only gets face to unlock feature.
7. Prices are quite competitive
The Galaxy A10 goes on sale with 8.490 Rupees or around $112.96 for variants with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. The Galaxy A30 comes with a price of Rupees 16,990 or equivalent to Rp.3.3 million with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. The Galaxy A50 went on sale at a price of Rupees 19,990 or around $232.99 for variants with 4GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage and rose to Rupees 22,990 or around Rp. 4,5 million for variants of 6GB RAM and 64GB of storage.
